With this stick-and-fold waistband, also called waist-shaper, you kill two birds with one stone: reinforce the fabric and make a nice straight fold! The stitching and folding lines are marked with narrow slots, so you can easily make a reinforced waistband with a razor-sharp fold. Place the tape with the glue-silk on the fabric, put a thin cloth or a layer of paper on top and attach the tape with the hot iron. Let the glue harden for a while.
